Check the confirmation email you received immediately after paying — it carries your order number and, once the parcel ships, the tracking link. Velin states that orders ship from a US warehouse with fast 2–3 day shipping, so allow for the dispatch step as well as the transit time. If the tracking has not moved or you never received a confirmation email, check your spam folder first, then contact the seller with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

As stated at the seller's checkout, items should be returned unused and in the original packaging to receive a full refund or replacement, and the refund is issued less shipping and handling.
